Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable circumstances, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written communication. The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:

• 50 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
• 49 to 30 days prior to arrival: 15% of the tour/service cost
• 19 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour/service cost
• 10 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
• 5 days or less, or in the case of a no-show: No refund

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings made with 7th Sense Vacations require a deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour, or as specified in your booking terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Amendments to Bookings:
If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must inform us in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request. The refund will be provided as per the cancellation policy outlined above. Please note that certain services, such as non-refundable hotel bookings or flights, may be subject to different terms as specified at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. 7th Sense Vacations is not liable for any losses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.

Liability:
7th Sense Vacations acts solely as a travel agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your travel. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the activities included in the tour.

Force Majeure:
7th Sense Vacations will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Jurisdiction:
Any dispute or claim arising out of your use of services with 7th Sense Vacations shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [Insert City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
